We're hosting a Pints & Politics event in Regina, in conjunction with our friends at Common Sense Regina!
On October 20th, we'll be joined by Donna Harpauer, one of the longest-serving and most accomplished female political leaders in Saskatchewan history.
First elected to the Saskatchewan Legislative Assembly in 1999, she represented her constituents for 25 years and spent 17 consecutive years in cabinet. Throughout her career, she held numerous senior portfolios, including Education, Social Services, and Government Relations, before serving as Saskatchewan’s Minister of Finance from 2017 to 2024 and Deputy Premier from 2020 to 2024.
Raised on a farm near Guernsey, Saskatchewan, Harpauer brought strong rural roots and a practical approach to public service. Her decades in government gave her a front-row seat to Saskatchewan’s economic and political transformation, while her leadership through periods of economic uncertainty and significant change established her as one of the province’s most experienced political figures.
We're very excited to have her with us!
Attendance is free, but RSVPs are required as we have a capacity limit.
