Welcome to Day 21 of our Saskatchewan 2024 Campaign Roundup!
With the 2024 SK election underway, we'll be bringing you daily updates on all the policy proclamations, platform promises, and political point-scoring from the campaign trail.
As always, our work is entirely funded by donations from Saskatchewanians just like you, so if you appreciate the updates, please consider making a one-off donation or signing up as a supporter for just $10 a month - that's just 36 cents per email!
Campaign Roundup - Day 21:
- Early voting begins tomorrow and runs for five days. You can find your polling station and its hours of operation here. More than 32,000 voters have already voted by mail.
- Saskatchewan’s Chief Electoral Officer urged voters to cast ballots as early as possible, noting the impact of unexpected weather events, such as the atmospheric river in BC on election day.
- Scott Moe, Leader of the Saskatchewan Party, encouraged supporters to make a voting plan, and to cast a ballot for his party’s vision of a strong economy and bright future.
- The Saskatchewan NDP promised to change the Province’s procurement policies to ensure that Saskatchewan workers and businesses are put first for public contracts.
- Beck released a new campaign ad, suggesting that she is the leader to provide solutions to issues that have gone unheard for the last several years.
- Jon Hromek, Leader of Saskatchewan United, said that on day one, his party will begin an audit of administration versus frontline services in every government department, and begin running the province like a business.
